
Last week I was captivated by the Dave’s Killer Bread pop up campaign, Club Fed, ‘Sandwiches for Second Chances’. A partnership between Weston Foods and Dave’s Killer Bread, it is brilliant, funny, breakthrough, serious, and educational all at the same time!
Who knew that the Oregon-based bread company’s founder, Dave Dahl, spent 15 years in prison before finding his way into a family bakery!!!
So why is humanity so in love with stories about second chances?
I believe that in today’s world so fraught with sad news, we are all hopeful for something … anything … with a happy ending.
The communications business is an ideal place where stories of second chances can be created and told brilliantly.
